Donations & Involvement

Be Part of the Healing Journey

Support Us

Every act of generosity helps support someone in their new beginning. By joining our mission, you become part of a compassionate community dedicated to restoring hope and rebuilding futures. Your involvement makes a real difference - bringing comfort, support, and renewal to those who need it most. There are many ways you can support Coming Home:

Make a Donation

Support us financially through a one-time or recurring gift. Every dollar helps to bring someone closer to hope and healing. Your generosity makes a profound impact.

Become a Partner

We welcome churches, businesses, and community groups to partner with us through sponsorships, shared resources, or ongoing support. We also collaborate with workplaces and training providers, offering residents opportunities to learn and gain experience. Together, we can make a lasting impact in our community.

Volunteer

Offer your time and talents to make a difference - whether it’s mentorship, devotions, admin, gardening, cooking, organising fun nights or celebrations, planning group activities or outings, or simply listening with love. If you have specific training, you may also be able to help with teaching, counselling or prayer ministry.

Donate Supplies

We gratefully accept practical donations such as food and hygiene items, pre-loved clothing, valuable second-hand books and DVDs, bedding, household items, and used furniture in good condition. Your contributions help our residents feel supported and at home.

Teach work skills

Share your skills with our residents at our premises. You might teach building, carpentry, landscaping, painting, business, accounting, design, or arts and crafts. You may even be able to join our work team, helping deliver community services while guiding residents in practical skill development.

Pray With Us

We believe prayer is powerful and effective. Join us in lifting up our residents, volunteers, and mission - whether you pray on your own, with a group, or as part of our prayer meetings. Every prayer strengthens the foundation of our work.

Serve on the Board

Serving on our Board is more than governance - it’s about helping shape a future where lives are restored and hope is renewed. Board members provide wisdom, direction, and accountability to ensure our House of Healing is running effectively with integrity and purpose. By guiding strategy, strengthening partnerships, and stewarding resources, you help us to continue to grow and make steady, efficient progress.
